Consultant in Emergency Medicine in the British Army, based in Glasgow. Pete trained as an emergency physician in New Zealand where he developed a special interest in pre-hospital emergency care and mountain medicine. Since returning to the UK in 2003 he has worked on rotation with the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service in London, and is a faculty member for the recently established Diploma in Mountain Medicine
