The EMRS team are delighted to confirm that Retrieval 2025 registration is open!
Retrieval 2025 forms an integral part of Retrieval Week Scotland, taking place in the same week as the Diploma in Retrieval and Transfer Medicine examination at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
As well as several keynote speakers, our session topics for 2025 include: Training in PHARM, Retrieval Service Evolution, Advanced Practice as well as 3 workshops.
We've kept the cost of the conference at the same price as last year.
Our pre-conference trip this year will be on the 30th of April. We'll be having a cruise up Loch Lomond followed by dinner in the Oak Tree Inn at Balmaha.
Please book early as the Retrieval Conference is always a sell out event.

In the event of cancellations prior to 31st March registration fees can be refunded in full. Registration fees for cancellations after 31st March cannot be refunded. Conference places can however be deferred to the 2026 event.
Abstract Submission

Applicants will be informed of result by 25th March 2025.

As is tradition with the Retrieval Conference, there is the opportunity to join us for a wee pre-conference trip on the 30th of April.
This year we will be having a cruise around the shores and beautiful islands of Loch Lomond, landing at Balmaha for a short walk along the shore of the Loch to the Oak Tree Inn where we will have drinks followed by a three course dinner.
The bus will leave the Conference hotel at 13:30.
